Men can also suffer with issues with pelvic floor dysfunction. A recent study suggests 1 in 6 men can have issues with pelvic floor dysfunction during their lifetime. 

Symptoms may include:

  • Levator ani syndrome
  • Pudendal neuralgia
  • Chronic pelvic pain syndrome. Which can include pain in the pelvis, lower abdomen, groin, genitals, perineum, rectum, buttocks, and even lower back area. Pain can be experienced during sex, urination, ejaculation, sitting, and exercise.
