Appointment booking
Appointments can be booked via calling The Venue on 01202 113 113 or emailing
purelypelvichealthphysio@gmail.com . You will be required to complete a consent form that
will be emailed to you prior to your appointment, which you can either return on email or
bring with you on the day.

Cancellation policy
We do understand that sometimes cancellations can be unavoidable. However, if you fail to
attend an appointment, reschedule or cancel without 24 hours’ notice, you will be required to
pay for the full cost of the appointment.

Payments
Payments will be taken by card payment, we do not accept cash or cheques.

Late Arrivals
Please be aware if you arrive late for your appointment it will still end when scheduled to
assure that the next client is not delayed.

Parking
There is no allocated parking at The Venue in Westbourne. Parking is available on street
and off street nearby. Please be aware of the length of your appointment to avoid parking
charges.
